What is included in the price?Our classic boat charter prices include everything you need for a fantastic day on the water! This includes fuel, a professional skipper, a hostess to take care of your needs, as well as drinks and snacks. Additionally, we provide snorkelling gear and paddle boards for you to explore the beautiful surroundings. All taxes and fees are also included in the price, so there are no surprises or hidden costs. We want you to have a worry-free and enjoyable experience with us, and we believe that our all-inclusive pricing makes that possible. Can we rent a boat without a Skipper?We do not allow our guests to rent a boat without a skipper. Our top priority is the safety of our guests, and we believe that having an experienced and professional skipper on board is the best way to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Our skippers are knowledgeable about the local waters and can provide valuable insights into the best spots to explore, while also taking care of the operation and maintenance of the boat.

What do we need to bring?Sun protection: Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses are essential to protect yourself from the sun's harmful rays. Comfortable clothing: Wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for the weather. Bring a light jacket or sweater in case it gets chilly. Appropriate footwear, i.e. no high heels Camera: Bring a camera or a smartphone to capture the beautiful scenery and moments from your trip. Identification: Make sure to bring your identification, such as a passport or driver's licence, as the captain may need to verify your identity. Cash or credit card: Bring some cash or a credit card for any additional expenses that may arise Medications: If you have any medical conditions, bring any necessary medications or medical equipment.

Can we play our own music onboard?Yes, you are welcome to play your own music on board. Our boats are equipped with sound systems that allow you to connect your own devices, such as phones or music players, via Bluetooth or an auxiliary cable. We encourage our guests to bring their favourite music to enhance their on-board experience, and our crew will be happy to assist you in setting up your devices.

Are children welcome onboard?Yes, we welcome children on all our boat charters. However, we advise that parents or guardians supervise their children at all times and ensure that they follow safety instructions provided by the captain. Please note that children under the age of 12 must wear a life jacket that will be provided by your Sail and Power Charter crew.

What languages do the crew speak?The crew on our boat charters speak fluent Spanish and English. We want to ensure that all of our guests feel comfortable and can communicate effectively with our crew during the trip. If you have any specific language requests, please let us know ahead of time so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can we bring our own drinks?Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks on board. However, we ask that you please keep in mind that certain types of drinks are not recommended. For instance, we suggest avoiding spirits and dark-coloured alcohol such as red wines or pink-coloured drinks, as they have the potential to stain the boat's furnishings. We also request that guests consume alcohol responsibly and avoid excessive drinking to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

Are pets allowed onboard?Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on board. While we understand that pets are a part of the family, our primary concern is the safety and comfort of all of our guests. We want to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and stress-free experience, and we believe that not allowing pets on board is the best way to achieve that. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Can we smoke onboard?As a private charter, smoking and vaping on board is permitted according to the captain's instructions and discretion.

What methods of payment do you accept?We accept the majority of debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and cash. When making a payment using your debit or credit card, please ensure your name and billing address matches the card holder address details held by your card issuer. Please note we do not accept payment by American Express.

Are gratuities expected?It is customary to tip the crew on boat charters as a sign of appreciation for their hard work and excellent service. If you feel that the crew has gone above and beyond to make your trip a memorable one, it is always a good idea to show your gratitude with a tip. The amount of the tip is at your discretion, but a general guideline is around 10-15% of the total charter cost. The tip can be given to the captain or directly to the crew at the end of the trip. Please note that tipping is not mandatory, but always appreciated.

What are our options if we want lunch?While we provide complimentary snacks on our charters, lunch is not included. If you are interested in a charter that includes lunch, you have a few options including bring food with you. Arrange catering in advance: This is a great option if you want custom-made food on board. However, keep in mind that the menu cannot be modified on the day of the charter. Please contact us to discuss the catering options that are available. Stop at a port for lunch on land: This option allows for a brief break, which is especially appreciated by children during a full-day charter. It also gives you the freedom to choose what you would like to eat for lunch. This option requires additional fees and a certain period of notice.

What are your drink limits and is there a limit?We don't have a limit of drinks per person, we want to make sure that you have enough to keep you refreshed throughout the trip but we also want to ensure that our guests are responsible and safe on board. This includes soft drinks, waters, beers, rose and white wines and cavas.

What snacks are included?We have a selection of snacks included, such as cheeses, olives, hams, chips and dips and fruit bowls. We are able to cater for food allergies, just let us know when you book.

What safety equipment is onboard?We take the safety of our guests very seriously, and our boats are equipped with all necessary safety equipment as required by local regulations. This typically includes life jackets for all passengers, fire extinguishers, flares, first aid kit, and a radio or other communication device for emergencies. Additionally, our crew are trained to handle emergency situations that may arise on board.

Do you have fishing equipment onboard?We do not provide fishing equipment on our boats. While we offer a variety of activities and amenities on board, such as snorkelling and paddleboarding, fishing equipment is not one of them.

What is cancellation policy?To secure your booking and protect ourselves against last-minute cancellations, we require a 50% deposit upon booking. This deposit not only guarantees your reservation, but it also covers our expenses in the event of a no-show. Please note that we will decline other requests for the same boat and date once you have placed your deposit. If you do need to cancel your charter, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, please be aware that we may not be able to rent out the boat again, which is why we retain the deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled trip, you will be responsible for the full price of the charter.

What if the weather is bad?We take safety very seriously and prioritise your enjoyment on board. If we anticipate bad weather on the day of your trip, we will reach out to you to explore alternative options. In the event that rescheduling is not feasible, and we must cancel the trip due to unfavourable weather conditions, we will refund all of the payments you have made so far

What if there is a problem with the boat?While we take great care in maintaining our boats, unforeseen technical issues may arise from time to time. In the event that we are unable to provide the boat you booked due to such reasons, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative of equal or better quality.

Is tax included?Tax is included in the price of all of our services, this way you don't have to worry about any additional fees.
